About the Park
The 1.8 million square-foot complex located on 1,100 acres of land needed a completely new roof system it could rely on for excellent protection from weather and UV damage, as well as high thermal values for proper insulation.
The challenge
The large IT facility required a completely new roof system to protect its data centers and other amenities, including conference space, laboratories, and even a childcare center. The height and varying angles of the roof meant loading the product was difficult, especially with the amount of product needed for the project—more than 200,000 squares.
The solution
EverGuard® TPO Membrane was an economical and reliable replacement, following a complete roof tear-off of the existing inverted roof membrane assembly (IRMA) system with a concrete deck. The white TPO membrane, along with EnergyGuard™ ISO, delivered the needed moisture resistance and thermal value.
