    "Todd Chalfant at Westbrook helped us tremendously. Not only did he have the most competitive quote, he took a lot of time explaining how and why our roof was defective. He also went into detail, if we chose his company how the roof would be repaired and in our case, replaced. This may sound like the normal process for a roofing company but we called 3 other companies and none of them were nearly as thorough as Todd. The new roof was completed in one day as promised and the results were as good as we expected. If you want to save yourself some time and money, call Westbrook."

    "I was looking for a roofing company for my parents who had extensive hail damage. They are elderly and it was important for this roof replacement to be stress-free without any surprises during the roof replacement. Little did I know, there would be one surprise after another working with Todd and Westbrook Roofing. I was very surprised at how consistently prompt they were, how well they communicated, how hardworking, how knowledgeable, how skilled, how dedicated, and the consistent over and beyond attitude from start to finish. This is hands down the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Todd worked very hard to provide all the information the insurance company needed. He often did work the adjuster should have done. From the very beginning, I felt my parents were in good hands, and Todd proved over and over that he is honest, fair, and will do nothing less than a top-notch job. When I got back to him with a go ahead a couple of weeks later%2C was prompt with answers to questions and made an additional visit to double check shingle color. Heavy rains caused a change in roofing date. Todd accommodated us with a new date which took into account our child care obligations for our Grandkids. The work was completed in the one day agreed upon. Great from start to finish."
