"We recently had a tree fall on our home. We contacted this company because of the reviews on Google and next door app. They sent someone out to look at the damage. After a few days they I received an email saying the repair would cost minimum of $2500, but no actual estimate just typed out in an email. I sent them the adjusters estimate which was for much less and I asked for a written estimate that I could submit to the insurance company so that the insurance company would cover more of the repair, I got no response. After 4 days, I emailed again to ask for a written estimate, again. I was then told that they would only work out the details with the insurance company and only if we sign a contract first. I saw many reviews about how upfront this company was about cost of repairs. But that was not our experience. Complete waist of our time. Edit: No writen estimate was provided and no valuable advice was given, only time waisted. It took 3 weeks from the time they sent someone out, to the time he told me that he would not provide a written estimate unless we signed a contract first. In no way am I smearing anyone. I gave a truthful account of our interaction. Another company was able to provided a written estimate without any problems. I believe that the issue is when he was aware that he was not the only company that was called to get estimates his deminor changed. And if you are the "certain kind of homeowner" that gets multiple quotes before hiring a contractor, this is probably not the company for you."

"I had a very good experience working with Valverax to convert my 30 year old screen porch into a three season room. I did a lot of research looking for the best windows to use. I settled on the SunSpace product which is made in Canada. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Valverax is a SunSpace dealer in my area. I called and they brought samples of the product to our home. No pressure, just information and suggestions. I had to have some roof repairs done before I could decide on the windows. Several months later I called and they came and measured for the project. Our porch is supported by brick columns so there is little margin for error. We ordered 12 window units and 2 doors. It took several months for the windows to arrive because of the pandemic. When the windows were delivered the installation team came and and everything fit perfectly with some very minor modification to the framing that had settled over 30 years. Their office was great on keeping us informed on our order status. The installation team were true craftsmen and meticulous. I very please with Valverax and will recommend them to our friends."
