    "I would say be very careful with Thompson Creek and double check everything. We had 2 windows and a storm door installed this week. Eddie stopped by at 12:30 and said the crew would be there between 1-2. They showed up at 2:30p, so we were worried they would be rushing through the install. When they were done they asked me to sign off on the work, but seemed surprised when I pointed out the damage to my walls from the installation. They agreed to come back and fix it. I also noticed my door frame is split from the storm door install. The guy acted surprised and said he didn’t know that happened. He agreed to put some silicone or wood filler in the split. We received an email for our project balance last night and it was for the full project balance. It didn’t account for the $1,400 we put down when we scheduled our Appt 6 weeks ago. We pushed back and asked them to double check their math. Miraculously, they found the deposit and sent us the correct bill. Who knows if they would have ever caught their mistake if we didn’t question it. We will see how well the windows and door were installed. I appreciate the guys coming back to fix my drywall and door. Understand they are not painters so I didn’t expect quality work. I am surprised we only saw Eddie once and no one really seems to genuinely care how the project went."

    "Thompson Creek replaced 25 original windows in my 46-year old house. The team consisted of six installers who were friendly, courteous and, most importantly, extraordinarily competent. Each member of the team understood their job perfectly and how their activity meshed with that of the other team members. They were efficient, well-organized and answered the questions I asked during the install thoroughly and simply. They completed the entire job in four hours and the work was flawless; and that included cleanup both inside and outside. I have never had a team of workers who were as professional and impressive in every aspect of a project. The resultant product is perfect in every respect and I could not be happier. I enthusiastically endorse and recommend Thompson Creek to anyone considering window replacement in their homes. The quality of the windows and their installation exceeded all expectations."
