"I appreciate Franklin from Smarthomes Roofing for his professional advice and doing a good job on repairing my bay window roof. I noticed there were gaps between shingles, and the roof ridge seemed bending. A guy from another company suggest repairing the roof ridge and replace the whole roof, which would have costed thousands. Franklin told me the slightly bending ridge was the origin design, because there is another similar roof ridge. He suggest I only need to repair the shingles. When his team repaired the shingles, he made sure they checkout the woods under the ridge, with which there were not any issue. Thanks to Franklin for saving me a couple thousands dollars."
