"I am Realtor and during a recent listing of mine we had an unexpected roof issue that came up during the inspection. Turns out the roof had basically no life left on it and it could not pass the 4 point inspection. The deal was going to fall apart unless the sellers were able to put on a new roof and put it on fast. We had only 30 days left until closing and it was right smack in the middle of the holidays. I reached out to several local roofing companies and decided to go with Roofs for Life and everyone involved in our real estate deal is glad we did! I spoke with both Ed and Glen and from the very beginning their customer service was outstanding!!! They both understood the situation we were in and assured me they could get the job done on time. I am happy to say that we closed on the house yesterday and I am not sure we could have done that had we not hired Roofs for Life. Not only did they get the job done on time but did so for a great price. Looks like this Realtor has a new “go-to” roofing company."
"Young kid came out, I was unavailable to answer the door and tells my wife your tile roof is 16 you only have 2 more years left on expected life so I'm not going to be able to do a repair... No physical inspection was done! Completely tried to take advantage and lied to my wife! I got on the doorbell camera and told this kid to get lost (I was at least pleasant about it)! He saw the house and tried to completely take advantage and rip us off in my opinion! Tile should last 26-30 yrs according to a few other roofers I spoke with. So to state 18yrs I would "probably" need a new roof he should know if he quotes them that the average life is between 26-30yrs... just odd he didn't want to reschedule and was fast to say I'll quote you a new roof without ever getting on the roof! I then called the owner and notified him... I'd be very careful with these guys get other bids don't just "TRUST" what they tell you is accurate! In my case it was not, Two other companies said my roof is in the best shape for ONLY being 16 year old TILE... had I not had the construction knowledge I have and not spoke with two other REPUTABLE COMPANIES and just trusted this guy I could be out 60,000 dollars! I hope this review never allows this to happen again for them and everyone who reads it should do some research first!"
