"My mother in law was in need of new windows, siding, and a new roof. When she was considering companies, I urged her not to choose a small or start-up business. As much as we love to support smaller companies, I made the mistake of doing so when replacing my roof and 2 years later, our roof had MANY leaks and damage. The company we had originally hired shut down and we had no warranty or coverage. It was a nightmare, we had to replace the entire brand new roof and ended up spending thousands of dollars just for choosing the wrong company. When considering Pinnacle, my MIL and I did extensive research on this company and it’s credentials. I wanted to ensure the same experience would never happen to her. We called for a quote and they were able to get us scheduled for the next day. Our salesman was polite, informative, and took the time to explain every detail to my MIL, and we had no doubt in our minds that this was the company for her. The production process was incredible, we never once had to ask questions. I was concerned that with the size of this project that it would take forever and be too stressful for her, but It only took a couple months, and I’m thankful for the quick communication from Pinnacles team. Her finished home looks AMAZING. The crews that came out were always respectful and wasted no time. Almost looks brand new, I’m still speechless when I pull up to the driveway now! "I assume you guys do a good job, but I assume 90% of your customers don’t have to have to pay out of pocket, their insurance does. I am a single mother with three children at home, paying cash not an insurance claim. One of my children at home is a Marine injured while serving and now lives at home with me. I am very disappointed that your man came to our home and gave an estimate of 25,000 to replace roof. I said I would think about it and that I wanted to get other estimates. He then dropped price to 19,999. I said again I would consider it. He then dropped it another 5,000 if I would sign right then. Extremely high pressure. So tell me how an honest business could give a price of 25,000 and then drop it 10,000.00!?!? Are you serious? It’s apparent that I was trying to be taken advantage of. If not explain how there was a swing in price of 10,000 in half an hour? Then was told if I didn’t sign right then the price went back to original. You people should be ashamed!!!!! I was paying cash I’d saved over the last ten years!!!!! How can you try to mark it all up 10,000 and then drop that price if I sign right then?!?! But If didn’t it would go back up to original quote. Also how can you quote a price like that without even measuring my house? Good job on your cute commercial, tricked me into calling. I’m also filing a complaint with the BBB. Also before you respond to this review justifying a 10,000 discount because my son is a disabled marine, your actual military discount was 1000.00. I have picture of your quote. Shame on you. I’ve gotten three other quotes for 10-12,000 right off. Why did you try to charge me 25,000.00?"

"I was eager to have a quote for siding to replace for my entire house and schedule with pinnacle. The first appointment was for April 12th and I got a very nice voicemail letting me know it needed to be rescheduled the man offered $500 off which was above generous. Rescheduling was not problem. The next appointment ( 2 weeks later) was coming up and it got rescheduled the day before ( I was told they overbooked and the manger choose a different area to be seen) The person that called was very kind and apologetic so we moved my appointment luckily to the following week. The day before this appointment on April 28th someone called to confirm it ( CONFIRM) I was so happy I would be getting the estimate. Well this person was not the very kind or professional. He said “so your husband will be there also right” when I said he would be at work he said they can’t come because all decision makers living in the home must be present. I was blown away I had not been told this at any point in scheduling the appointments. The man ( I don’t know his name was very dismissive) he didn’t seem to care if I rescheduled or canceled all together. I canceled all together. The fact is if my appointment had not been canceled twice by the company my husband would have been home. He is a paramedic and works 24 on 48 off shifts. I tried to schedule it so he would be here. Obviously I’d rather make decisions together ( not that I think we would be deciding on the spot right?!) we would look over options. I have since got a quote from a company that didn’t mind my husband not being home. Did the work, wrote and estimate and sent it over. I’ll still like to get at least one more for comparison. Another question I have is would this man had done the same to my husband if I were not going to be home? Either way if this is a policy can I find it on pinnacles website? I haven’t been called and asked to reschedule. It really does feel they don’t care about my business."

Two days prior, I received a phone call from Pinnacle informing me the supervisor had taken a look at our home via the satellite an decided it would cost $30,000 plus to put siding on our home. Evidently, the house was too small 1400 sq ft, we were in the wrong neighborhood or they didn't want to travel the distance for the estimate. We did receive an estimate from another company who also offered in house financing, approximately $11,000.00. Won't reach out to Pinnacle again."

"are awesome I didn't have to deal with the insurance company.I had another insurance that came out first in july when this claim first occur they underbid and after insurance paid the claim the roofing company didn't respond, we thought we were on our own with a $2300 deductible and a underbid claim.I saw a representative from pinnacle in the subdivision and talk to him he assured me they can help me this was in Dec. after getting my information and talking to the insurance company they were able to redo my claim. words cannot explain how thankful we are for pinnacle"
