Several months later I see water dripping on the floor.... had gotten home after business hours so I sent and email figured they would see it in the morning...less then an hour later I get a call from the owner and he says he will be out first thing in the morning... Come to find out the roof was fine it was my skylight... he and his worker explain the seal around the sky light was dried out. Then went up and fixed it and would not take any money for the repair!"

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
