"My A/C was leaking, so I called Leo Roth Residential in the morning. It was not an urgent call, as it was a lovely day. In any event, they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Dereck called prior to arriving to confirm my availability and arrived promptly at the time promised. Upon his arrival, he quickly began troubleshooting my A/C. Having an older unit, he initially thought it may need to be replaced. But he continued to troubleshoot. Fortunately, he figured out it was a clogged tube, cleared it out in a timely manner, charged me a fair price, and was on his merry way all within an hour.
