"Scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate for roof repair/replacement on a property I was looking to buy. Jamie let me know that their inspector would be out on 1/5 and they'd be able to email me the estimate the morning of 1/6. I didn't receive any emails/calls so I tried to reach them. I called several times with no answer. I left messages but never received any call back. I agree with the other reviewers, the customer service of this business is terrible. If you don't want to do a job, just let your customer know instead of stringing them along and ignoring their calls. I can honestly say that I will not be pursuing business with this company in the future."
"We contacted this roofing company a couple of weeks ago and Ben came to our house to look at the problem and said he would get a proposal to us in a few days. When he didn’t I called their office and spoke to Jamie and she said she would reach out to Ben and call me back momentarily. I never heard back from her so I then left a couple of voicemails for Ben and nobody called me back. TERRIBLE customer service, if they don’t want the job at least call and tell us! It was a really bad experience and I would never use them, ever, and I would encourage anyone to not bother calling them or using them. What a disappointment they turned out to be, I would give them 0 stars if I could"
