"Have waited a while to post this review giving the company more then enough opportunities to come thru and make it correct. Full roof replacement. They hire people from out of the area to do all the communication, then they fire them all then rehire new ones. They grab crews from other areas. If you want a company that you rarely get a response from, then this is the one for you. From the sales, the office lady, the Project Manager to the actual owner-we have spoken to them, all they all complain about the owner, Justin! We even spoke to him after we were promised to have our roof started faster if we came up with a deductible of 6k, which we did. Two months later, were still on a list, sorry the owner is going thru mental problems, sorry sorry, you may be on the board for next week. Some guy Matt the project manager says he's in charge now. Not ONE time did a project Manager EVER come to our home before, during or after the roof was done to see the progress, how it was etc. We were supposed to have soffit and gutters done, still not done, said were on a long list. The roofers took 3 days to complete...and let piles of sand bags emptied on ALL four sides of our property. They even thru some in the wooded lot next to us. All these pics were sent to Company and Project Manager, he says someone should get out there. Well, it looks like a foreclosure yard with all the mess they left. They also removed tarps from our roof that were from Kruger construction that our Insurance Co. paid for, they were high quality and they took them. No response when asked where they are. We have been very patient, but don't want this to happen to anyone else. We referred them initially to several friends, and luckily they are all backing out due to the Company receiving numerous complaints. I will say that the roof quality and materials used are amazing and the workers who were from another area worked hard and did a good job. The company, communication, response, not finishing, the mess is unacceptable. It is sad when the workers talk about the owner and all his problems, honestly we paid $30k, they should get it together. Paul and Shelby"
