"I initially went with another contractor for our home remodel because of a low estimate but it soon became apparent they came up with the low number by cutting corners and using cheaper materials. We weren't going through this to have it look cheap! They also said they had a crew when we hired them but they didn't appear to be the case and they had problems getting subs to do the work and it dragged on for months. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
