"Salesman rang our doorbell despite the fact we have a no solicitation sign posted next to it. After reviewing our video doorbell footage, the salesman also appears to be looking into our front door window to see if anyone was home. Unprofessional and creepy."
"I agreed to a walk around agent to set up for a sales person to come to my house. So the appointment was set and Robert came out. Did a fantastic job of reviewing the product and was very professional. We agreed to terms with him after he received permission from someone to give the discounts that he gave. The next morning when he called to set up measure times, he told me that he was mistaken when he gave me a price and wanted me to pay more, which was kind of an insignificant amount. When I told him that we all agreed on the contract price, he offered to pay the small amount to keep things moving. I did not accept this, and I do really appreciate his offer, but do not want to do business with this company if they agree contractually, and then make their salesman call and try to get more money. So I will say the salesman Robert was great, the company not so much."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
