My insurance company asked for it to be broken out into materials and labor (I agree, it should). Toby at Gregory Contracting emailed me and said due to company policy they cannot do that unless I signed a Promissory Agreement that they would get all the work. Who does this? BEWARE of contractors that will not be transparent with their quotes and explain what is, and is not, included. I will not ever use them and surprises me they gave up not only the windows, siding, and soffit/fascia business, but also all new kitchen cabinets and master bath remodel. The owner needs to re-think his business model."
