"Terrible customer service, no follow through, no honesty. I must say the truly tricked me from the beginning. Meet with Eddie who does great with his presentation as a Sells person. He answers all questions and give great information. I was given an installation date it had came and went and I didn't even get a courtesy call as I had to be the one to reach out. Then I got another date which actually did happen but took 3 days to complete because workers were leaving, coming when they want. I had to take off work to drive to their office. These GREAT reviews are not real at all. Please do not I mean DO NOT use this company even if the service is offered for free RUN!!!. I'm big on communication and you could get better from a 1st grader. I've reported to the finance company and all."
"I had a great experience with Green Solutions when I needed to replace my t resistant impact windows . Based on a recommendation from a neighbor who recently used green Solutions to replace all their windows and doors I got an estimate from Alon who also did the measurements. Alon was responsive and thoroughly explained the process and answered all my questions. You should ensure that you agree with whatever company you use that whatever is included (handles, removal of debris/hurricane shutters, etc) is clearly stated in the contract. Green solutions agreement was very clear. The price was also competitive with another estimate. I decided to use Green Solutions and couldn’t be happier. There was a delay due to global supply chain issues but Alon communicated this to me. Their installers did a fantastic job and I’m now considering doing additional doors and windows with them. I highly recommend them. They are true professionals who deliver a fantastic finished product."
