Premier Roofing & Exteriors is locally owned and operated in Huntersville, NC. We service customers in the Lake Norman, Charlotte and surrounding areas. We strives to be the best roofing and exterior company in the area by protecting our customers’ homes and commercial properties against mother nature. Our goal is to provide property owners in our community with a reliable and honest contractor they can trust. We do this by offering excellent customer service, the highest quality materials and professional workmanship. "If you're looking for a new roof, these are the folks for you! Great State Roofing recently replaced the roof on my historic home and I couldn't be happier with the results. In terms of quality, organization, value, and coordination with insurance--this company has no equal. Throughout the process, Sina and his crew were highly responsive, making multiple pre-installation visits to the house to check out different features on our somewhat unique roof to ensure that the new installation maintained the look of our historic home. That pre-install planning really showed in the final results--in addition to the good work laying shingles, Great State roofing nailed the detail work on the significant amount of copper on the house. In fact, as an added bonus, they even added copper flashing to the valleys with some of the leftover materials! Since the roof replacement, we've gotten numerous compliments from neighbors about the work. The quality of work would be enough by itself to recommend Great State Roofing, but that wouldn't capture all the benefits to working with them. These folks are highly organized, uniformly courteous, and deploy a small army to make sure they leave a clean job site behind. Having seen the mess left behind by a neighbor's roofer once, that is no small benefit. They covered the plants in our beds around the house to protect them and constantly had folks picking up debris, sweeping, and rolling magnets around to secure any nails. We had another contractor at the house doing some work inside and he simply couldn't believe the amount of organization and care that Great State Roofing brought to the job. Put simply, these folks are the real deal. I can't recommend Great State Roofing highly enough!"
