"We had an extremely positive experience working with Easton. Of the many roofing companies we contacted for this project, Easton was the only company that understood the scope and complexity of the roofing project and wasn't intimidated by it. As part of this process we asked several of the companies if they'd be interested in a related remodeling aspect of the project. Austin from Easton was the only roofing rep that bluntly stated that you didn't want a roofing company to complete the portion of the project, leaving money on the table and saving us thousands of dollars. There was some uncertainty as to when the project would begin, but my understanding is that had more to do with the considerable scope of the project and weather. During this time, Easton was very responsive to our questions and helped us maintain reasonable expectation. The crew that showed up for the project was top notch. They were careful, professional, and seemingly undaunted by a three-story house with hundred-plus feet of ridge-line and 6 dormers. While I had some questions as to how they were going to handle our landscaping, I was quickly put at ease. Throughout the estimate and installation process, they were in regular communication with our insurance company, making the whole process much smoother. Of particular note was how Austin and the crew alerted us to the condition of the chimneys. This allowed us to re-prioritize our plans, and again, saved us thousands of dollars. This was completely above and beyond. There were a couple of punch list items that were left after the crew left, but given the scope of complexity of project were understandable. The team was quick to respond and show up to complete them. It was a difficult project (as confirmed by one of the roofers after the project was complete), but they handled with considerable skill. I have already recommended Easton to one a friend who needed some roof repair. Based on my experienced, I cannot recommend them strongly enough."
