"Scheduled the appt with the owner, did a no show called 3 times to office they said they were texting him, he called5 days later saying he did not schedule the appt. when I talked to him a week before and he scheduled it with me. Poor service, Poor response time. Your response is not true, I have talked to your office 3 different times. Scheduling, I talked with owner and office 2 other times. We were confirmed."

"They did perform some maintenance & title repair in a timely manner. Darryl came for the quote and after a few days two other people from his team came and performed the work. They did change a couple broken tiles and cleaned all valleys on my entire roof. I do recommend their services!"

"I noticed a water dripping from one of my vents during a small rainstorm. I called CSR Roofing and spoke with Daryl. He said he could have someone come out and take a look. Within 1/2 hour Tyler was at my door. He went up on the roof and found one of the tiles had slipped out of place causing the leak. He put the tile back in place to stop any further leaking. I can not express my gratitude to both men and CSR Roofing for such a quick response and highly recommend CSR Roofing for any roofing job/repair one may need."

"After a big storm we noticed not one, but two roof leaks running down through our ceilings, walls and onto our floors. We called our insurance company and they told us that we were on our own for finding a roofing contractor to repair. I went online and started what seemed like a parade of contractors coming out for estimates. The difference in attitude, professionalism, and willingness was eye-opening. After fielding over 10 different estimates and interacting with these contractors only one contractor took the time to investigate and find and take a picture of the actual holes I had in my roof. This was Tyler from CSR Roofing. I was impressed. CSR was not the most expensive nor was it the cheapest bid – but they were the most accurate and comprehensive. Tyler took the time to explain to me the reasons behind the leak and the lack of roof maintenance issues he was experiencing. When we accepted the bid and I called their office to speak to the owner Daryl and told him about my positive interaction with Tyler he noted that Tyler was his son and that he “raised him right.” Tyler was on-site with his team during the repairs and the crew was very responsive and efficient in getting the repairs done quickly. For these reasons, I can strongly recommend CSR Roofing for any annual maintenance work or specific leak repair. It’s been quite a while since I’ve had such a pleasurable experience hiring a contractor. CSR makes the whole process painless."
