He was responsive to texts and was often on site during the work to address any questions or issues that arose. Michael was the only roofer we talked with who got all the roof tile we needed quickly and without charging an exorbitant price. His crew came on time and worked efficiently to get our roof on in just a few days time. We felt their weatherproofing was well done. Some of the gutters had to be done a week or two later, but Michael was very communicative about timelines and always delivered on time. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure the company has a mobile restroom on site for the workers."
