"I am on the board of an HOA of 5 buildings and about 30 townhouses. I came across this company while looking for someone to winterize the roofs and also provide insight in what additional repairs might be needed. I worked with Peter and my initial impression was great. Peter showed up on time, was very professional and showed great interest. It was a five star sales meeting. We signed the contract shortly after. Good things: 1) Great first impression and relatively fast quote turnaround. 2) Peter reached out and proactively scheduled the work to catch a window of decent weather. I do appreciate that. 3) Price was competitive Not so good: 1) Peter mentioned that while doing the work he noticed a few other things needing attention. He said he took photos and will send a report to me shortly. This never happened. 2) As quote was delayed a bit, Peter said he will make it up to us by doing some extra inspection with some device on one of the units needing work free of charge. This never happened either. 3) Overall, there was no clarity on what exactly they have done while up on the roofs, so I really cannot say if it was good or bad. I don't doubt their professionalism and skills, so I assume it was all good. My 2 or 3 follow up calls and messages were left unanswered. Overall, in my specific case, this company seemed to be focused on sales, signing, checking the box for work, collecting the check and doing it quickly enough, so they can move on to the next customer. Again, I don't doubt their skills, but I'd rather work with someone who follows up on what they say all the time and not sometimes. So, 3 stars is fair, given mixed experience throughout."
