"Josh was our hero! I am a slacker on writing this but all the better, our roof has been on about 1.5 yrs and still looks great and has had zero leaks/problems. First and foremost, our roof is BEAUTIFUL. I really underestimated how a nice new roof makes your whole home look so.much nicer....I mean, we literally have had neighbors slow down in front of our house to ask who did our roof. Our old roof had been damaged in a storm but we thought too much time had passed since it happened. Josh assured us we were within reasonable time frame to have our roof replaced by insurance due to the damage. He handled all the calls to the insurance company, talked directly to the adjuster for us, and got the whole new roof (not just a repair but a new roof) almost completely covered! Then there is the quality and efficiency- Josh was very communicative the whole way, from where our claim status was, to when supplies would come in, to when the work would be done. They literally started at dawn and had the roof completed by the early afternoon. Not a single scrap was left behind, and at the time of this review, we have had several rainstorms since the work was done and not a single leak. I would recommend these.guys to anyone!"

"Even though I may have started out skeptical working with them at first, since they came to my house knocking door to door, working with Blake has been fantastic! For some reason, I've never really done business with somebody going door to door before, but they have been absolutely great! With good reason, most of the houses in my neighborhood have got their roofs done with them. I have to say that Blake has gone above and beyond for me. In fact, he has helped me fight my insurance company for over a year. They have been absolutely ridiculous to work with, and he has made many phone calls and drove an hour to my house often during that time. FINALLY, it got approved through the Insurance company, as it should have right from the beginning, and they got to work. Well, the insurance company decided to fight back again, and Blake has made sure that we wouldn't have to pay anything more than our deductible. Besides the fact that my roof looks great now, it is refreshing to work with people that have my best interest as their priority. It wasn't about money with them. In fact, for over a year, they weren't even sure they would make a cent with me, but they continued working hard on my behalf. Honestly, thank you Blake for just being a good guy and for standing by our side during that absolute chaos of a year! We will recommend you to anybody and everybody that ever comes our way!"

"After getting fed up with several leaks in my roof I was looking to cover the cost of a costly roof replacement. After the thorough and free roof inspection provided by Anthony from ProWest, he suggested i may have enough wind damage to file a claim with my home owners insurance company. This is exactly what we did and I got a full roof replacement. I was only responsible for the cost of my deductible. The roof looks great and really improved the overall look of my home. Anthony and Jimmy were so attentive and communicated everything so I had no surprises. The whole process was very relaxed and I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors. "oh ya these guys are the very best, I have had used others in the past and not even close to ProWest would definitely recommend them for all roof problems, Daniel Holman, Trevor H, Lucas were awesome guys to work with so professional very honest & polite, their team did such a beautiful job on the removal of 2 layers of shingles & installation of of Burnt Sienna 3 D shingle all in one day as they said it would take, I was blown away 2000 sq ft home roof has many valleys & peaks they did it, clean up was like they were not even here, just unbelievable how well the team works as a unit to get the job done it's like a Swiss watch in motion, I would definitely recommend these guys for any roofing problems, they are the very BEST u guys get a big 5 star from us all day long thank u so much guys we love it. "What a great experience. After shopping around 5 different roofing companies in the valley, I was referred over to Mike and Lindsey. Mike did a great job talking me through what we needed to do and the communication was on point. He was on time and did what we discussed. Lindsey was very accommodating and patient with me. She gave me samples and sent me photos of other roofs they have done to give me an idea what it would actually look like.
