"1st Choice Roofing replaced my roof this week. I am very happy with the company from beginning to end. For starters, Courtney in the office was great to deal with throughout the process. Steve arrived timely, provided me a quote the same day and answered all my questions. Scheduling & delivery of the dumpster & materials went smoothly, and my roof was replaced within 2 weeks from when I received the quote. The crew did an amazing job and worked well as a team. The site manager Dan was onsite nearly the entire time which was nice knowing he was overseeing the project and making sure everything was getting done correctly. Cleanup was great. They used tarps throughout but still went over the yard at the end with a magnetic nail sweeper. Paperwork was all a breeze and done quickly. I have nothing bad to say about the company or their quality of work. All around good, reputable company. My neighbor also used 1st Choice and was very happy with their experience as well."

"I have already shared my experience but for some reason Google withheld the review , roof was installed in 2017 so when we bought the house it was there already. Our insurance company cancelled our insurance siting we have issue with the roof that needs to be fixed so we called in multiple times to get them to check on what the insurance sent but owner was always in a meeting and they would not schedule a visit to come and check . We still have another 5 years of material and labour warranty as per the contract but they did abide by it and we had to find another insurance. They responded via email to insurance saying all good , no problems. I do not recommend them as after service is as important as installing new roof and this is not professional nor ethical what they did to us , not sure why the high reviews. Update; Typical response from business , not owning anything, no where in our review where we said roof was leaking , insurance claimed that there is a buckling issue. We did not choose to be your customers, the house we bought had the roof installed already and we have a contract to prove it !!!!?!? Between your company and the homeowner of the house whoever that is. Based on what you are accusing people of lying? so convenient.!!!!!"
