"R & R Industries improperly installed a roof for me and now I am having leaks and they refuse to fix it. They need to redo the roof around my chimney and appropriately seal it with flashing. They told me I had "improperly installed " flashing under the stucco. This is the first I have heard of this. They never told me about it when they did the roof. As a single woman, I have been misled as to the cause of the leak for 8 months by R & R Industries. I had to get a sec0nd opinion by another contractor to find the truth. I thought I was hiring professionals and paid almost 16k for my roof."

"I just wanted to make sure my review was posted under the correct name. My previous review was incorrectly placed under my son’s name. I would give these guys a 0 if that was a choice. R & R Industries installed a roof for me for 16k. They shingled around the chimney covering a preexisting flashing problem and didn’t tell me about and also didn’t apply any other flashing. I am a single woman and have been misled by them as to the cause of this leak for 8 months and had to get another contractor to get the truth. Now R & R industries wants to make “minor adjustments “ to correct this when the entire area around the chimney needs to be reshingled and reflashed to stop the leak. I thought I was hiring professionals. I guess not... I just want it fixed properly."

"I had a total reroof done by another company in 2019 and they would/did not honor their 15 year labor warranty. I had also called a chimney professional to prepare to use my fireplace for the first time in 8 years. Ricky called and coordinated with the other professional and the work was done in 1 day. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. I didn't have paint to touch up the chimney after the repairs and Ricky went further and offered to come back to paint when I have the paint available. I do recommend R & R to anyone in the Daytona Beach area."
