"We recently had our new roof and gutters installed by Dior Construction. We are very pleased with the result and are glad we went with them. Their team is friendly and professional. One of the reasons we selected Dior is that their roofing installers are licensed even though NJ no longer requires it. Plus they use GAF shingles that are high quality and come with an excellent warranty. In addition to the new roof, we also had our gutters and downspouts replaced with new ones that have gutter guards. Esteban was our contact person for the whole project. We enjoyed working with him – during the initial meeting, he was informative and thorough on what would be done. No surprises. Everyday during the installation, he would call to give us a status and check to see if we had any concerns. Dior finished the entire job in 3 days – the roof, soffits, and then the gutters. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the entire yard. In summary, our new roof and gutters look fantastic. We had rain and snow a week later and our roof/gutters are doing great. Thanks for doing a great job! Would highly recommend."

"We just had our siding replaced by Dior and couldn't be more pleased with the results! We have dealt with many contractors in the past for other home projects and never had a good experience so naturally we were a bit dubious. Esteban came for the initial consultation and spent all morning with us going over every detail. He answered all of our concerns and questions and explained the process of how the siding would be done so we knew exactly what to expect. It was evident that Esteban really knows his stuff and was very confident in the quality of work they provide. After spending hours with Esteban we decided to trust and go for it and are glad we did. We did have to wait a few weeks to start as they were very busy at the time but that wasn't a problem for us and didn't mind waiting. Tony was the project manager and he was also very kind and professional. He wasn't here the whole time but did stop by during the process and was available all the time to answer texts or calls. The gentlemen who came to do the siding were very skilled and professional. They were very organized and worked very efficiently. I never saw them taking breaks except for lunch. I felt so bad at how exhausted they must be but they just kept working from 7:30am to 6:30pm each day. I still feel so bad when I think about how hard they worked but very grateful for the quality and dedication to their craft. It is much appreciated! Our neighbors have been saying how good the siding looks left and right and we couldn't agree more! Once the siding was done Esteban and Tony both came to do a final walk through. They are both kind and professional. They felt more like our buddies and will definitely be working with Dior for any future projects as they also do roofing and windows. We are super happy we chose Dior!"

"Dior Construction has been one of the best companies i've ever encountered. Their level of expertise, punctuality, reliability and professionalism surpasses any other. We replaced our siding and added gutters. The craftsmanship is impeccable. They were on time, did everything they said they'd do exactly when they said they would. I would give them 10 stars!!! "Dior did a great job with my new roof. They did a thorough inspection of the attic to determine level of damage to the roof and a walk through of the job to explain procedures weeks before the job took place. Craig and his crew of 12 showed up promptly at 7am and worked almost 12 hours completing the job in one day, going beyond what was agreed , as a few unanticipated problems arose that were dealt with with no extra costs involved. they left the property spotless at the end of the day. Through GAF the roof is warranted for 50 years, parts and labor, and can be passed on to one successive buyer. I would definitely recommend this highly professional company for any of the repairs and installations they specialize in."

"Dior was organized, on time and responsive. I researched the roofing products I wanted and found they had the quality level I wanted at prices that were within expected range. Dior Construction sent a representative to my home to meet us and go over all the problems we wanted addressed. We went over the products they would use, they answered questions as to how installation would be done and, after I selected the roofing materials I wanted installed, then a contract was prepared to review. I highly recommend interviewing Dior last as there was a discount offer if I made up my mind to use them that day. I normally do not take advantage of that type of offer as I do not like to make this kind of decision under pressure. I had already interviewed and received other contracts to review, so I did not find this kind of offer to be too pushy or stressful. They indicated a two-day timeline for installation but I knew this required the weather to cooperate. It did not- but they were still there each day it was possible to work and came an extra day to finish. They also came for a second clean-up after the snow melted. When I was not sure about the way some of the installation looked they explained each concern and sent a crew to make a small adjustment. Dior is a local company here in the Bergen County area I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere."

"When a family is faced with a large job like a roof replacement, it can be quite intimidating. You wonder about craftsmanship, timing, value and selecting the right professional for the job. In our case we were replacing a leaking roof on a fixer upper home we had just purchased. As soon as we met the representatives from Dior our minds were put at ease. Each step of the process was carefully explained. Everyone from Dior Construction’s receptionist to sales representative to project manager has been exceedingly professional. Whenever I called I got a live person. Whenever I had a question I received an answer immediately. Because we had an active leak Dior construction made a special trip to our home to tarp the roof (tarp was on same day, only a few hours after I asked) then they even bumped our job up by a couple days to stop the leak once and for all. The work was completed in one long workday, allowing us to move forward swiftly with other projects we wanted to complete before moving in. After the installation we received a detailed report including images of our roof. Dior construction was reliable, professional, provided quality workmanship and products and did exactly what they said they would do and more. I highly recommend working with them if you are need of any roofing work! A++"

"Mr.Brayan Ortiz text me the PRIOR night stating that Dior Construction would be there between 7am and 8am. They showed up as scheduled.The workers were polite and friendly..Any debris left in the work area was picked up and into a dumpster.They did an excellent on the roof and especially on the yankee gutter. If there any questions about the job, Mr Ortiz without hesitation would respond quickly. There service is excellent. I would recommend Dior Construction."

"I tried to get an estimate for a roof replacement on my family's house. when I tried to schedule an appointment to only get a simple estimate, no work done, I was told I needed to have the home owners who are my father and sister present to get the estimate. My father was unavailable because he works over 50 hours a week and doesn't get off until late at night, but my sister was available. So I explained that to the secretary on the phone and then I was told that both home owners have to be present in order to get an estimate and that's the policy, no exceptions. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous that someone couldn't simply come out, look at the roof, and give us a price. i've heard pretty good things about this company but that by far is not one of them."

"Company was competitive on price and was honest about what needed to be done for the install. They even said what to look for if we decided to go with someone else. I appreciated their honesty and spending two hours with me just to discuss the project. We ended up needing to reschedule several times due to weather issues and they were very flexible. "The professionalism of the Dior team is unmatched. The entire process was seamless from the moment Frank walked through the door. He explained everything that would be done in a way we could understand. We never felt like he was trying to sell us something it was more like he was actively trying to help us get what we needed. The installation crews were 5 star, and the project manager Craig kept us informed every step of the way. When we noticed a piece of broken wood (not their fault) in our attic they went back up and repaired it right away. From beginning to end we felt like we were in good hands. "We recently had Dior install James Hardie siding on our house and it was a complete transformation! We couldn't be happier. The professionalism of everyone involved in the process was second to none. Frank and Brian were amazing, and I cannot say enough about the crew who did the installation. Other quotes we received said the job would take over 2 weeks, where it was finished in a week with Dior. The crew was absolutely AMAZING! Our house looks so amazing I almost drove past it the other day not realizing it was the same house. If anyone has any reservations about wether or not to go the James Hardie route, let me tell you it is worth EVERY CENT! We are the showpiece of our neighborhood."

"I always wait over a year to leave my comments on a construction job to see the quality of the workmanship and customer service, if needed. I gave Dior construction 5 stars because the work they did was outstanding. We suffered some pretty bad storms over the past 2 years and on two occasions they called me to make sure that my roof withstood the pounding rain and damaging winds. They are a class act and do a great job at a very fair price. The owner is very connected to each installation and is personally available on site for consultation and to make sure that you are satisfied. You really can't ask for anything more than a professional installation and outstanding follow up. They have earned 5 stars!!!"
