Family and female-owned and operated roofing company that provides honest, reputable, and reliable roofing services. Salesperson Johna Cray was awesome! Straight forward, clear, and helpful in determining your needs and not just trying to sell you a product. They provide thorough communications by e-mail and text messaging. They keep you updated throughout the project. I did feel that communications were not as consistent towards the middle and end of project when I had to reach out two times for a status update. But when I did, the response time was fast. All project documents are sent by e-mail including permit, certificate of completion, warranty, and photos. The workers are considerate, fast, and leave your property clean at the end of project. While they are not the most affordable, their prices are fair and match the quality of service and product. I didn’t mind paying a bit more than the competitors because they seemed trustworthy and were true to their word. What they said is exactly what they did. I feel that my investment is protected with their warranty and they offered a complimentary wind mitigation inspection and report that can be used to submit to homeowner’s insurance company for discount eligibility. Highly recommended!
