"We called several roofing companies in the area after a very bad hailstorm that hit our home in Hinsdale, IL. Most of them were too busy to respond, let alone send a qualified inspector next day. ATJ's Home Improvement rep explained the process up front over the phone. The person who answered the phone (too bad I don't remember his name) didn't make unrealistic promises, but he did say that most insurance companies will consider paying for our damage if we follow the procedure. Long story short, they sent an inspector, he did an inspection and explained every step for us. Our insurance company did pay the entire bill (reluctantly) and we ended up with a new roof in no time. I am little bit of a neat freak, so I was especially delighted that they took time to clean up the area. Frankly, the next day after the work was done, you couldn't tell that there was a crew working on the roof a day before. I highly recommend ATJ's Home Improvement. I'm actually about to contact them about our siding (nothing to do with hail damage) which I would like to see redone this spring. Before I make the call, I though I'll leave this review, that is long overdue."
