About Master Flow EZ Cool™ Plug-in Power Attic Vent

The roof mount Master Flow EZ Cool Plug-in Power Attic Vent is an excellent choice for exhausting excess heat and moisture from the attic without the need for expensive, hard-to-schedule electricians. The convenient “Plug-&-Play” power hook-up allows it to be plugged into an existing 110v grounded electrical outlet in the attic, eliminating the hardwired electrical hook-up required by many power attic vents. When installed as part of a properly balanced attic ventilation system consisting of both intake and exhaust, this efficient power attic vent delivers up to 1,050 cubic ft./minute of airflow (3rd party verified)1 and ventilates up to 2,000 sq. ft. of attic space. It’s an eligible component in the attic ventilation category for GAF residential enhanced warranties and is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects with 3-year Labor Protection Plus2
1Based on laboratory testing in accordance with ANSI/AMCA Standard 210-16 and ANSI/ASHRAE 51-16 at 0 static pressure.

      More about attic ventilation

Proper attic ventilation consists of a balance between air intake at or near the soffits and air exhaust at or near your roof ridge. The Federal Housing Administration recommends a minimum of at least 1 square foot of attic ventilation evenly split between intake and exhaust for every 300 square feet of attic floor space.

GAF Rewards is open to professional roofing contractors, builder and remodeler companies. U.S. only. Points earned may vary based on contractor type. Visit for complete terms and conditions, special offers and qualifying GAF products.
