The roof at Brain Matters Research had reached the end of its useful life.  Doctors, physicians, and patients rely on this building to provide valuable research into Alzheimer's disease, so it was of the utmost importance to get the job done quickly prior to Florida's rainy season and with minimal disruption to the building's occupants.

HydroStop® PremiumCoat®  System is a reinforced-acrylic elastomeric liquid-applied roofing system that can help extend the life of a variety of roofs.  Every 10, 15, or 20 years, the top layers of  HydroStop® PremiumCoat® Finish Coat can be reapplied, creating a sutainable roof system that will last the lifeof the building.
