Impact-resistant shingles and roofing solutions

GAF offers a variety of products with UL 2218 Class 3 and Class 4 impact resistant ratings3. Some insurance carriers may offer discounts on homeowner's insurance premiums for installing UL 2218 Class 3 or Class 4 rated roofing products.4

The demand for contractors who specialize in insurance work is growing. To help contractors adapt and expand their businesses, GAF has partnered with specific Managed Repair Programs (MRPs) that contractors may enroll in and receive training and support.

Become a Community Contractor

At GAF, we help protect our communities, not only through our products, but as neighbors and partners in the communities where we live and work. Our Community Contractor Program offers contractors three ways to get involved with their local communities, including partnerships with Habitat for Humanity, Disaster Resiliency education, and Affordable Housing Reroofing opportunities.

Community Matters

We aren’t just a roofing manufacturer. GAF helps provide grants, in-kind donations, and hands-on support to address the unique needs of each community. Through the GAF Community Contractor Program, for example, more than 500 certified contractors have helped to install roofs for thousands of families in need of decent affordable housing.
