Single-Ply Project Profile

IT Technology Park

New Jersey

Completion Date:July 2021

“Due to the height and many angles of the roof, loading the product was difficult, especially with the amount of product needed for the project, over 200,000 squares! As complicated as the roof looks, it was a fairly easy job as there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic and the surrounding trees and park-like grounds allowed for an enjoyable experience on the roof,”

Sam Cooper, Marketing Manager, Elite Roofing Inc.

  • 1.8 million square foot complex located on 1,100 acres of land. Amenities include an auditorium, datacenter, conference centers, daycare center, heliports, solar farm, wellness centers, roadways, and a sports complex with softball fields, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts.
