I am happy with the door that I got, and although it was pricey, it was custom and to be expected. Just a couple things I wasn’t a fan of with Legacy: 1. The sales rep was pretty pushy and came back to my home even after we said our goodbyes to try and make the sale. 2. I think having the sales rep measure the door would have been great. I had to take off work in the morning for a project manager to come out and take 2 minutes measuring! I was told they would show up between 8 am -12 pm, thankfully, they got there ASAP as requested. 3. There was no communication. I could look over the two above comments but this is the one that persuaded me to give a 3/5 rating. There was about a 4 week lead time to create and order this door (which is fine!), and during that period I received no updates on when this would get in and when we could schedule install. I had to call and ask about it, and was told the door would be dropped off the day before install the following morning. Well, the day before came and there was no door. I couldn’t reach out because the office was closed and I didn’t have any contact information where I could send an email asking for an update. I wasn’t sure whether or not they would be coming in still to install the door, was it damaged? Was the delivery running late? Would I have to reschedule? A crew did show up the morning of install, but it was frustrating to go so long without knowing a thing about something that cost so much money. If you plan on going with this company, please ask them for their contact information and clear communication throughout the build process. The PMs were very friendly and were happy to accommodate my work hours.
