Update (19 June) : One of small things I chose to leave out of my original review was a vent cap for my kitchen hood got removed and replaced with the wrong kind of cap. I notified them of the issue next day. Yesterday it got replaced and from the roof it looks fine except just now, when I was in the attic trying to hook my ducting back up, the vent cap tailpiece is NOT in the 6 inch hole in the roof, the vent won't open, and I still can't get my kitchen vent hood hooked up. I don't like taking stars away but my patience has worn thin over the wait and then it being done wrong anyway? Really? To be fair, except for the vent cap, the roof does look good but IMO it shouldn't take three weeks and two trips - or three if I ask them to come out again to, you know, do it right - to have it done right. BTW, Carol is still the best ! Original post (21 May) : STL Residential was recommended by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. The crews were on time, worked quickly, worked efficiently, and had the new roof up in one day. I thought they did a great job cleaning up as well. Then the next day another person came to look over the cleanup and made sure it had been done well. It was. Gutters were up the next day and same for the crew ... worked fast, worked clean and went above and beyond to clean up. The house looks great! And a special shout-out to Carol in the office who was incredibly patient with me. Hey, STL Residential, she deserves a raise!
