Cowboys Roofing Inc

We had our roof replaced using Cowboys Roofing and have been thrilled with the whole process. The new roof looks great, it rained the day after completion and we were soooooo excited to go through that and not have any leaks, as we had been living with a tarp on our leaky roof for three winters. We worked with Michelle and Lance, both of whom are a real joy to communicate with, I met Lance in person, and let me tell ya, he is awesome! I did not have the pleasure of meeting Michelle in person, but I reckon she is just as wonderful in person as well :) The roofers who did the labor were incredibly kind and a real joy to have around for the couple of days that it took them. I think the most impressive part of our experience is that there were a couple areas of concern once the job was done that I reached out about. Michelle was quick to respond and take action, Lance was back out here at the house a few days later to do a job walk and scope things out, he said he would get a crew back out to finish up the detail work, he walked me through the ins and outs of the job and explained things to me clearly and assured me that when it’s his name and Cowboys Roofing name on the job that they make sure their folks are completely happy. It’s a real treat to see that sort of follow through on the back side of a completed job nowadays. Keep up the great work y’all!
