I tried to contact the company multiple times and they said that they will get the work done. "Southeastern roofing installed a new roof over my house over a year ago. On their last day on the job, in their haste to finish the job in the dark They failed to install a vent booth cover on the roof. As a result, the leak from the roof poured into the house and caused extensive damage. Southeastern roofing has failed me in that they not only have not stood by the damage they caused but they have not even come back to rectify the mistake inspite of admiting their failure to install the booth on the roof."
"South Eastern Roofing (Raleigh, NC) inspected my roof and assisted me with an insurance claim. The claim was approved and $10,741.36 was paid to have a new roof installed on my house. They have since then; closed down the Raleigh location, not answer 6 messages via their "answering service", not answered emailed and they still have all of my money while I have no roof. Do not use this company for any job. They will take your money and disappear. I have had zero response from them outside of the inspector that took my money and they then "fired?". Protect yourself and use any other company."
