"We had Heritage come out and "fix" our flat deck roof and as far as we knew, all was good. Several months following the fix, with no rain to test it, we were happy. But once the monsoon started, the leaks were many. Shocked, I called Steve and he came out and saw what had happened to the "repair" a former employee had done. He immediately got his new team on it and eventually it was all taken care of, in between lots of bad weather and trial and error. He also repaired the underside of the roof as the stain had been rinsed away from all the leakage and that was quite the feat. Everyone was pleasant and spent so much time making sure everything was repaired correctly and looked great. Steve really has to be admired for doing what needed to be done without any kind of debate from me. He saw what needed to happen and took care of all of it. You know how it goes, how we are always trying to get people to do the right thing....Steve is not that person! He cares about his customers and does his best. Thank you Steve!!"
