They notified me via text what the arrival time would be and Luis did my installation and cleaned up after they completed the job and I was able to view pictures when they sent me my invoice. "We contracted Dr. Roof because after 28 years in our home decided to apply siding for a more updated appearance and less maintenance in future years. The professional craftsmanship, attention to details and earnest efforts of all the laborers and craftsmen was more than we expected “given our post Covid societal work culture”. My husband and I did have an issue with the Project Manager, Jose when he was ask about a structural concern my had that was not addressed properly and may become major problem in the future. Where as the issue could have been resolved while the work was being performed if it had been given more attention. Our hopes are that this was taken as a training opportunity to prevent similar occurrences moving forward. We will highly recommend Dr. Roof for home siding application."
