"Based on sales experience - Everybody was pleasant enough to deal with, but it's 100% a pressure sales tactic. They're good at their jobs- they prepare photos and present them to you and will post up in your home until you basically ask them to leave. They don't take no for an answer and will keep calling their manager and cutting the price down. Their lead generator should have either passed on me or notified them of my stance- they wanted to quote me and I was forthright with our decision timeline from the start. So there's 1. I don't take offense to this type of sales tactic, but it does feel impersonal and suggests this is a volume driven business... So people will draw their own conclusions from there. 2. The sales reps lowered the price 4+ times without me giving them a counter or any indication that I was ready to make a decision on the spot. This teaser sales technique left me wondering what the real price is... How low can they go? Why would I accept on the spot if they're finding my room in their estimate with each objection? Contrary to what some other reviews say, I got follow up calls every day- sometimes multiple times. They don't leave messages and will pitch their new promotions for the month when you answer. They probably do a fine job, they were never rude, but we've decided they're just not for us. Maybe they'll be for you... If not, they'll move right on to your neighbors..."

"The salesmen were very professionally dressed, arrived on time, and informative with their roof system. Ahmed and Michael helped point out the strong and weak spots existing with my roof and were very helpful in explaining the instructions and outs of the superiority of their GAF roof system. Ossama and Drew were amazing in working with me to get the best deal possible while maintaining quality of the contract. In the end they left with a very happy customer."

"Well, no way did we think we would be buying a new roof today but.....here we are writing a review for the roof "sellers!' We had the pleasure of meeting with Justin & Ossama for our roof inspection & 4 hours later we have a beautiful new roof scheduled! Both the guys were very personable and knowledgeable of their product and were able to explain the reasons our roof needed replacing. "Be as professional as they are although I will have to say that when the guy came around to inspect the project afterwards I talked to him about the gutter guards being disposed of. The guy told me since I felt they were still good that he would see that I got a $25 gift card to Home Depot which never did happen. It may be a very small deal but kind of wander if something major happened how quickly it would be solved."
