About Us
Cooley Roofing and Construction is your locally owned roofer providing quality exterior renovation services throughout the Triad. For over 20 years we’ve been roofing area homes and businesses and for about the last ten years been providing complete exterior renovation services with roofing, siding and replacement windows.

Long story short, Troy from Cooley was the only person who I had in for an estimate who was honest, completely answered all my questions, and gave me a through explanation of what was wrong and what materials and procedures Cooley Roofing would use to replace my roof. He was very calm and friendly but thoroughly professional and he was the first roofer I spoke with who gave me peace of mind. And there was never any hard sell, just facts. The foreman and installation crew were also thoroughly professional but friendly, and I could see from the way they worked and interacted with each other, that they knew what they were doing. They were on-time and cleaned up beautifully! Oh and the office staff were wonderful to talk with and always very helpful, too! All around, a great company to work with, a rarity in this day and age! All the materials used were GAF and everything is warrantied. In my case the estimate was the final cost and the total cost was just a bit lower than the average price of a new roof in 2022. I thoroughly recommend Cooley to anyone who is needing a new roof. I have zero worries that this baby will ever leak, but should I ever need anything, e.g., because of storm damage, I know Cooley will come out and make things right again. Thank you Cooley Roofing!"

Habitat For Humanity Roofer
This contractor has been awarded the GAF Habitat for Humanity's "Community Contractor" designation by participating in at least one Habitat for Humanity project in partnership with GAF in a year. Participation include donating their time and labor (while GAF donates the materials) and demonstrating a commitment to his/her local community and helping those in need.
