"I was given a 7 to 12 am appointment to have my dishwasher repaired. A representative called me at 11:55 am to tell me that the technician was going to me a little late. I called back to confirm the arrival time of the technician only to be told that they couldn’t give me any information on the techs arrival. I was redirected to reschedule and I asked to speak to a supervisor who had no answers for me. Now at 5 pm I just received a text alerting me that they have arrived. If I could give less than one star I would. I day off of work waisted. SMH"
"I received a bill from Constellation Home on January 13, 2023. I do not owe Constellation Home the amount that is quoted in the bill or any other amount. If my account was closed out on December 30, 2022, why did I receive a bill for the amount of $39.95? How can a closed account generate a new bill? I mailed a letter to Constellation Home on December 21, 2022, requesting the company to cancel my account. I called on December 27, 2022 and spoke to a representative by the name of India. I informed India that I would like to cancel my account. After placing me on hold for 3 minutes, India informed me that a Loyalty Team member would be contacting me within 48 hours. I asked India if I would receive a new bill and she stated, "No, you will not be receiving a new bill." Well, I received a new bill. Note: My conversation with India was recorded (by the company) for quality assurance. After calling the company several times on December 29, 2022 and December 30, 2022, I finally got a call back from Dominique. I informed Dominique that I wanted to close out my account. Dominique closed out my account and gave me a confirmation number. I have shared my complaint with the Better Business Bureau for action. I want my account properly closed out and the proposed payment withdrawn."
"The problem was fixed after more than a week. Wouldn't have been too much of a problem if it weren't winter with freezing temps. Techs are good at their jobs. It's the customer service that needs improvement. Tech requested for me to receive 2 loaner heaters that day. They didn't arrive and I had to purchase one. The next morning I get a call with apologies that they would be delivered in a "couple of hours". That evening, the two heaters are delivered. Less than 30 minutes later, I get a voicemail from a different person that my heaters were on the way. I'm so glad I called him back. If not, I'd have had 4 heaters. Communication doesn't work if isn't EFFECTIVE! I'm warm now. I suppose all's well that ends well."
