They replaced our roof last year after our house suffered storm damage. Our rep was Shane Barnes, and he was outstanding - professional, communicative/responsive, courteous and personable - a tremendous asset to the company. The process took longer than expected due to delays on the insurance side, but Shane was persistent and patient advocate for us. We are extremely satisfied with our experience as customers."
