About EnergyGuard™ NH HD-MA Polyiso Cover Board

EnergyGuard™ NH HD-MA is TCPP Free/Red List Free, making it an economical choice for sustainable building design. EnergyGuard NH HD-MA has an R-value of 2.5, the highest of any non-Polyiso type of cover board, and, at approx 9 lb. per 4’ x 8’ board, it’s a fraction of the weight of gypsum cover boards. With 80 psi compressive strength minimum, EnergyGuard™ NH HD-MA must be mechanically attached and provides a sturdy substrate and protection for a roof system.

  • An economical choice in cover boards for mechanically attached single-ply systems.
  • Ideal for low slope roofs when an economical high density polyiso cover board is needed for added protection. Classified by UL in accordance with ASNI/UL 790 and 1256. Refer to UL Product iQ for specific assemblies.
  • Manufactured with EPA-compliant blowing agents.
  • Contains no CFCs or HCFCs; has zero ODP. -TCPP-Free/Red-List Free
  • High Compressive strength ≥ 80 psi (551kPa) minimum to 109 psi (751 kPa) maximum.
  • FM approved - refer to RoofNav.com for approved assemblies
