"After contacting another roofing company who never showed up, called, or answered any follow up calls or texts, it was nice having someone answering the phone on my first attempt to call Yes, Contracting Services. I was told they were reaching out to their repair guy Tony Brown to put me on the schedule. Tony had a morning cancelation and could be there soon. I couldn't be more pleased having someone come so quickly. Our roof was put on 10 year prior to us moving in by a someone who forgot the kitchen vent boot, but just caulked around it. Before arriving, Tony called and said he would be there in 20 minutes. He arrived on time, asked about my problem and immediately went up on the roof to look at it. Once off the roof, Tony explained what was happening with the missing vent boot and I was given the price to add a boot and fix the issue. While up on the roof Tony also checked out around our chimney, letting me know everything felt pretty solid. I appreciated Tony's professional and courteous manner. Within minutes of Tony's arrival the job was done. Thank you Tony."
