"I understand roofers are very busy. Wicks really let us down. Estimater came as planned, was told I’d hear back in 2 weeks and did. Signed the estimate and called several days after, was told scheduling will get back to me soon. 2 weeks later and a few more very polite calls finally connected me to scheduler. Said they’re a month out, would call me in a day or two, thanked her profusely. Then crickets. Guess a $2500 job isn’t worth their time, would’ve appreciated them telling me. They came highly recommended by my neighbors who now know better. Poor Rosie at the front desk – great person who has to deal with such indifference. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
