Eric went above and beyond in service of our roofing needs. He took time to assess the damage to the roof and explain to me what damage had occurred as well as showing me a variety of photos of the damage to our roof. He then came to our home again to meet with the adjuster to explain what had taken place. Eric was informative, knowledgeable and friendly each step of the way from assessing the damage, to picking shingles, to replacing and finishing the roof. VanderLaan offers great roofing products as well as amazing service. We would highly recommend them."
