  • I would not hire Colony to do any complex leaks where the source is unknown (I’m sure they do fine where there is a simple leak). Colony came out and made a bunch of unneeded miscellaneous repairs for a leak I was having but it didn’t fix the leak and refused to do any further work without me paying more. I’m out $1700 and the operations manager went silent on me. Wouldn’t recommend
