  • Amazing job from start to finish. Also a follow-up visit from Cindi after the roof was complete. Cindi went above and beyond what was required from her. Exceptional customer service. Would recommend them time and time again. We couldn't be more pleased. Edward and The crew was very fast and professional clean and left zero mess.   • Jenn Booth was our initial contact with Safe & Sound Roofing. She was professional & knowledgeable and offered much appreciated information about the company. Written information she provided such as proof of insurance etc were detailed bits of consideration which left no room for doubts. Her follow up with insurance & responses to questions we had were immediate. She explained everything before it happened & even did a complete walk around inspection after the work was done. The crew was efficient & conscientious about each aspect of their work. Protection of our property with tarps & their clean up was so appreciated. Edward, project manager, was on the job inspecting & offering additional insight & help to us as well; & responsive to later questions.   • Safe & Sound just installed a new roof on our home in the Villages and we are so happy with the results. Our new roof is awesome and we think it is among the most beautiful in the neighborhood. Safe & Sound offers quality shingles from leading manufacturers so we have a great warranty and confidence in the quality of our roof. Our rep, Cindi, was wonderful to work with and there for us every step of the way. The installation was done professionally and and took less than a day. One big factor for us overall was the cost. We wanted a quality roof, but wanted a fair price, and Safe & Sound delivered. Buying a roof can be stressful, but Cindi made it a pleasant, stress free experience. She was very knowledgeable about roofing materials, and the process of buying and installing a new roof, and she made excellent recommendations--she even helped us pick the perfect color for our shingles! Safe & Sound was a great company to do business with, and Cindi is the best! We highly recommend.
