  • To whom it may concern, Jack was an informative and professional representative of your company. He explained and answered questions on my roofing project to my satisfaction. He always answers my texts, and concerns in a timely manner. Great customer service. I will recommend your company to others here in Sierra Vista. The installation staff cleaned the area each day and worked well with each other as a team to get this project completed.   • I dealt with the Show Low office and crew, and I could not be more pleased. Starting with David doing any and all footwork to the final day of roof installation, everyone was extremely professional, efficient, and worked very hard. I am recommending Craftbuilt to everyone I know!!
