"I need to repair a portion of my roof but since it was so old it was recommended to replace the underlayer. A friend had used TWM after interviewing several companies and-like some other comments- they were not the least expensive but my friend felt they were the most professional and their work on her house was great. In January, they did my roof and installed new gutters on that side as well as replace dry rot facia- keeping me informed at every step. Recently we had an issue with our tankless hot water heater and the plumbing company determined the proprietary vent cap had been replaced with a regular cap that did not meet the air exchange for the heater. We contacted TWM and shared the photos and Tom (the owner) immediately apologized and offered to reimburse me for the costs- which they did as soon as I sent them the invoices. Now THAT is a professional, high quality act! Highly recommend them!!!"

We got quotes from a couple of other companies as well; and although they were not the lowest bid, my son thought TWM’s contract was the most thorough so we chose them for our tile roof lift and lay.
