  • "Triton came and renovated my bathroom and put on a new roof. They were extremely professional, timely and exceeded all our expectations. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing construction services."

  • "We were buying a house and the seller had to put a new roof on before we could close. They picked Triton to do the work. Triton got paid at closing and it was supposed to be transferred into our name so we would have the warranty info. They put a new roof on and damaged the gutters, they paid us some money to put towards repairing or replacing the gutters that they damaged by leaning their ladders on it all around the house. So now I am trying to get new gutters and cannot. What they did was instead of taking the gutter hangers off and put the eave drip down & then out the hangers back on top of the eave drop, they put the eave drip on top of the hangers and cut the eave drip to go around the hangers. Gutter Company told me that they will not touch it because they would tear the eave drip up trying to get the hangers off since they are covered up. Triton says since it passed inspection there is nothing they can do for us. Didn't even try to help us out. The girl at the office told me that the warranty was still under previous owners name and they couldn't do anything for me but then when my relator called she told him it it is my name now. All I want is some new gutters on my house and it seems I cant not get any because of what Triton did to the eave drip. Very Frustrated right now. Next step find the codes for eave drip to make sure the inspector did his job signing off on it. I just wanted new gutters that's all. See in the attached pictures you can get the hangers out without tearing up the eave more."

  • "I did not choose this roofing company. It was from my insurance company their network of preferred providers. They did the roof nice job. However their follow up was awful. Didn’t contact other subcontractors to finish the job. When the truck came to deliver the shingles he wrecked our lawn in the front and triton was supposed to come and fix it. It’s still a mess. Per the insurance company they were supposed to let the solar panel contractor know he could come back and put the panels back up. Never did they contact him. Several soffit were crushed and triton does not fix those!"

  • "Had a great experience! Every thing from first call, inspection, and installation. Responsive, clear and thorough. With all of the heavy rain we ended up with a roof leak - nearly two years after install. Again, great service by Ann and her team! Came out fixed the roof and then repaired the ceiling and bathroom wall. Team Triton: I wanted to say thank you! Your team did a great job in getting it taken care if. Really appreciated the work, follow up - all of it!!! Extra shout out to Eddie! He is a wonderful communicator and did a bang up job of working with us. Come recommend these folks highly enough."

  • "They originally informed us the job would only take 3-4 days. It took two weeks off and on. The workers were inconsistent on showing up and when they did, they were not prepared for the job(s) they had to do. They reused wood and made a huge mess in our home that we had to clean up. Their “painting” skills were lacking and now we have to redo all of it. They did offer to come back and “fix” the items but we were not going to take that chance again of it looking worse."

Everything was handled in a very professional manner. Mike was able to work with our insurance company to get this handled quickly. We are very happy with the roof and the two rooms with damage is like new. Everyone was very professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves, good quality.
