"The Roofing Dudes initially come out to inspect out roof during a home inspection at no charge. Maria is an absolute all-star for helping to navigate the crazy insurance side of roof repair, an excellent communicator, and help me keep my sanity throughout this process! She was able to coordinate drop off of some shingle samples, made payment and communication SUPER easy. Andres was amazingly flexible around my schedule and was able to stop by my home at my convenience, as opposed to me having to work around contractors. Ricardo and the rest of the crew were super kind and got the job done fast and right. I am a new homeowner and I think it went about as smoothly as it could have. If I have one "complaint" it would be that our cable line was knocked loose during the job, but to be fair, the cable line was horribly placed on our property. It was able to be fixed by Charter very quickly that same day. Both Maria and Andres let me know, and immediately stated the company would cover any costs associated with repair. Luckily, there was no charge for the cable line being repaired. I feel confident in saying if there is an issue that comes up during the job The Roofing Dudes will do right by the customer. I am a small business owner myself and this meant so much. Will definitely have The Roofing Dudes come out again for any jobs needed in the future."
"The Roofing Dudes did an excellent job from the very beginning of the process. Jonathon Yale was outstanding in helping us to navigate through issues with our insurance company. He continued to help us for months until we were finally awarded the right to get a new roof. Maria Melendez was great with quarterbacking everything from the office and interfacing with the insurance company once approval for the new roof was granted. The project manager, Andres Melendez, was also excellent, coming to our home the day before the roof installation was to begin to ensure that there would be no gas lines near where they would be nailing. The crew did a great job on the roof; it looks wonderful. I would absolutely recommend The Roofing Dudes for roof installation, from the start of the process to the end. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
